As soon as the first snowflakes have reached the ground and the whole Schliersee region has turned into a winter wonderland, it is great fun to visit the so called Vitalwelt Schliersee. On a surface of 9.500 square metres you can visit the thermal bath Vitaltherme, the sauna area called Saunawelt and you also can see the lake, the forests and the mountains nearby.
Children and adults love the monte mare Vitaltherme. Here you can find a water park with under water massage loungers, a saline water outdoor pool with massage nozzles and bubble grottos, a 25 metres long swimming lane and a whirlpool. The Black-Hole-Slide is a slide equipped with light- and sound effects. Children can spend some time at the children´s pool. If you want to exercise during your stay, how about visiting one course at the swimming area. Afterwards you can relax and lay down at the indoor rest area.
Winter is the perfect season for visiting the sauna. This is very healthy and helps support the body´s defences. At the monte mare Saunawelt you can visit different kinds of saunas, e.g. the infusion sauna, hops sauna, rain stone sauna or the rose quartz grotto. You also can take a foot bath in the Kneipp basin or an adventure shower with stimulating fountains. After a sauna session you can relax in the chill out sauna, the rest room or the fireplace room. Also very comfortable, is to lay down and spend some time in a waterbed.
In winter, it is very important to take care of your skin. The dry heating air and the cold air outside strains your skin very much. The best treatment is a multiple-day arrangement, a day package with an individual treat for your body and your skin.
