Looking for some relaxation or do you want to swim a few rounds? Or do you prefer to have some fun with your loved ones at a public swimming bath? The monte mare Vitalthermein Schliersee offers all this in one package. You can swim inside the 25-metre pool. The water has a temperature of 30° C and if you want to relax in the water, just swim to one of the massage jet equipped water-loungers inside the pool.
The great water slide called „Black Hole“ is 50 metres long and while sliding down the tunnel system, you will see some light effects and at the same time will hear some sound effects.
The natural brine pool (35° C ) in the outdoor area has a grotto with fizzy water. Children will have a good time at the children´s territory. The water temperature is 34° C. and here they can swim or play with the interactive water features.
After spending some time in the swimming pool, how about relaxing inside the 35° C warm Whirlpool, the textile steam bath or on one of the lying surfaces which you can find indoors and outdoors. Here you can also enjoy the wonderful view towards the lake and the mountains. Very popular are also the monte mare Vitaltherme tanning beds and the thermal loungers.

The salt concentration of the Brine Thermal Bath is approximately 2%. The water temperature in winter is 32°C and in summer 30°C. The warm water will help you to relax and it also soothes tensions and rheumatism.

The „OsteoZentrum Schliersee“ is a treatment centre managed by Martin Auracher and Max Merkel. Both are medically experienced and use their long time top-class sports knowledge for an innovative and integral medicine therapy approach.

The fitness centre medius at lake Schliersee offers medical fitness, courses, rehabilitation exercise classes and personal training. There are many kinds of tickets you can choose from for exercising at the fitness centre. You can choose a day ticket, a weekend ticket or a ticket for a whole week. If you own a Schliersee Guest Card, you will get a discount of 5,- Euros for your day ticket or week ticket.
At the medius at lake Schliersee you can strengthen your muscles by doing your workout and using the sports' equipment or taking part at one sports course. All training hours you can find on the course schedule. A professional trainer will help you check your personal fitness and show you to increase your sportive capacity, lose some weight and will show you special kinds of exercises in order to strengthen your back muscles.

This cure and philosophy of life originates from India and is more than 3.500 years old. During this treatment with herbs, spices, plants, minerals, leafs and essential oils, the body is being stimulated to activate its self-healing power.
Ayurveda distinguishes three different physical constitutions. They are called Doshas:
The Doshas can be combined to seven other physical constitutions. The physician has to mix some oils together, in order to treat his or her patient right. Ayurveda and Yoga
Very relaxing is Yoga combined with Ayurveda. This kind of training you can practise at the monte mare and at the YOGA HAUS Samvit in Schliersee.
On sunny days the Yoga exercises at the monte mare at the “Vitalwelt Schliersee” take place on the attic floor. If the weather is not so nice, all participants meet at the medius Schliersee. Inside the schedule of the medius Schliersee you also can find Medical-Yoga courses and Yoga for beginners and professionals.
You can find the YOGA HAUS Samvit at the so called Miesbacher Oberland. Enjoy your time here with meditation and relax for a while. In summer, you also can join some seminars in which you will learn Hatha-Yoga, practise some breathing and deep relaxation exercises and you also will learn how to meditate and sing Mantras.
